The Rumor: Although Loïc and Ifan Eld seem close, it is more likely that the Itovan Emperor keeps his younger brother dear to prevent assassination.
Variations: A slightly less dire version is that he keeps him close because his brother holds more sway in popularity.
Location: Within the Itovan Empire, mostly spread by those who have a grievance with the emperor.
Believability: Those who have met Loïc Eld have described him as cold and distant, so the rumor has a solid base, but whether or not he is this cold seems uncertain.
